retaining great relationships with our clients, apart from ensuring our stores are in smooth operation on a daily basis.

My favourite thing about my role...

is I get to work with everyone! That simply means I get to learn how things work from different perspectives. Hence, I get to learn a lot about how to manage everything efficiently!My role also requires me to have a strong set of soft skills, such as critical thinking and decision-making skills. It can be challenging at times, as the needs of every client are different and may change over time, but what is even better is being able to provide the best for them.
